Hogrefe and Nottingham City Transport partnered in 2006 to address problems with bus driver recruitment, using a combination of Hogrefe's NEO PI-R (personality) and d2 (test of attention) assessments. Now, Nottingham City Transport estimates they've saved nearly £1.2 million in recuitment and training -- and they've been voted the best UK bus company of the year, as well as claiming the best UK bus driver of the year.
