Christine Chien-Rixon MSc.
Founder & Managing Director
Business Psychologist & Executive Coach



Christine is a business psychologist who provides Leadership & Talent Management consulting work. She is also a Trainer and certified Executive & Career coach, who helps corporations and executives on building up their people with skills and resilience in the Asia Pacific region.

With over 20 years experience in coaching and consulting, she helps clients to define and achieve their objectives and goals in their work and life. Her specializations include leadership effectiveness, talent management solutions, career development and training. 

Leveraging her education background, language proficiency and business vision, she also led the training and development programs for multinational clients around Asia.

Prior to living in Hong Kong, Christine has worked in UK, Japan, and Taiwan including as a Psychologist and a cross cultural executive training specialist with a strong understanding of Chinese, Japanese and Western cultures. 



Christine works closely consulting with clients in Greater China and other regions. She also has extensive experience in supporting corporations during their restructuring process in Greater China. She also has a coaching certificate from the US-based Academy for Coaching Excellence, an International Coach Federation-accredited institution.
Claudia Li

Claudia has over 25 years experience in the IT industry. She began her career with IBM in New York City in the sales support area and got promoted to a regional role at the IBM Asia Pacific Area Education Center in Hong Kong. After completing this overseas assignment, Claudia joined IBM China/Hong Kong and headed up the Education Services. She has turned the education services from a marketing support function to a profit-making customer support operation.

She was in charge of Asia Pacific Workforce and Organization Development after joining Digital Equipment Corporation which became Compaq and then Hewlett-Packard. She has worked with cross functional senior vice presidents and country general managers to develop the annual learning strategy and successfully implemented many regional wide and country leadership events including talent management and succession planning programs. She has also worked with regional Human Resources Directors on implementing Employee Engagement programs such as designing job specification, improving employee satisfaction and managing performance.

Her understanding and experience in working with multi-cultural, regional and global teams can make a complex project more achievable. She is customer focused and will tailor her facilitation based on her client’s unique requirements. Her goal is to help bring positive business results for her clients.
In addition, we have other associates and partners who can support our clients on case by case basis.
